Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders for SeaFrogs Underwater Housing and SeaFrogs accessories are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Coverage

We ship SeaFrogs products domestically and internationally, subject to courier service availability and destination country regulations.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight & dimensions

  • Selected courier service

Estimated delivery times:

  • Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days (depending on destination & customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours after shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping

We take great care in packing all SeaFrogs underwater housings and accessories securely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after the courier confirms delivery.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Additional shipping costs
    caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
